Getting Your Child's Grades

B.C. public schools report to parents on their children’s progress regularly. You should get a minimum of five reports per child per year.

Three of those will be formal, written report cards – including a final report at the end of the school year.

Schools also report to parents informally at least twice a year. It’s up to schools to decide how to do this. For more information and to answer any questions you may have, please contact your child’s school directly.

Students in Grades 10 through 12 can also get their exam results online through this secure website. Unofficial transcripts of high school students’ grades are available through the same site. For more on transcripts, click here.
